Glass bottle production process

The production process of glass bottles can be divided into three types: manual blowing, mechanical blowing and extrusion molding. There are two main methods for the formation of glass: one is the solution cooling method, which forms glass by cooling to a large extent without crystallization. The other is a vapor deposition method. In the production of glass bottles, the firing process uses large kiln equipment to form uniform, bubble-free liquid glass in a perennial high-temperature and high-humidity environment of 1550-1600 ℃. Then the liquid glass is poured into the mold, and the shape of the glass is changed by annealing, quenching and other processes. In the process of production, special attention should be paid to the problem of sewage treatment. The quality of glass bottle spraying is related to water treatment and surface cleaning of products.
